Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

 

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date and (30) days for furniture. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Our refund and returns policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if any at the time of delivery.

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

To return an item, please email or call customer service at return@wasamhub.com or Tel:646-578-2523 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, then set up pick up date and time window and we will picked up the item/s:

Please Note

  • A 25% delivery/restocking fee and plus $50 pickup fee will be incurred on all furniture returns up to $150 or whichever is great.
  • Free return delivery on all items less than 50lbs. 
  • No fee will be incurred if items is damaged under our care.

 

 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

REFUNDS

 

After picking up your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 5-10 billing cycles to appear on your payment method statement, depending on your card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

EXCEPTIONS

 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Furniture delivery fees

  • This return policy only applies to our shop/marketplace or items and products bought from directly on our website. This specific policy doesn’t applies/include our moving, shipping and delivery services.
